Senior Technical Artist & CG Supervisor · Pipeline Development for Automotive CGI

Bremen, Germany · florian@florianvonbehr.de · +49 151 4645 4645

Profile

CG Supervisor and Technical Artist with more than 15 years of experience in product visualization and pipeline development for the automotive industry. Long-standing project experience with Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, and Tesla, as well as international manufacturers such as NIO and Pininfarina.

Specialized in designing and evolving scalable CGI production pipelines, workflow automation with Python, and introducing modern rendering and material standards (USD, MaterialX, OpenPBR). Most recently led the technical migration of entire production environments — from replacing the renderer to building cloud-rendering infrastructure — combining technical know-how with a clear view of day-to-day production workflows.

Beyond technical responsibility, I support the professional development of teams, drive the adoption of new technologies, and act as the interface between creative, IT, and project teams.
